Pure Glow Studio Announces First Location for Dallas, Texas

Dallas, TX – Pure Glow, a leading innovator in the sunless tanning industry, is excited to announce that Shannon Williams, a renowned franchisee with a successful track record at Drybar, has signed a lease at Mockingbird Station in Dallas, Texas, for her first Pure Glow studio. This strategic move marks a significant milestone for Pure Glow as it expands its presence in Texas and the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Shannon Williams has a remarkable history of identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends in the beauty industry. In 2011, she became the first franchisee for Drybar, convincing co-founder Michael Landau to let her open the first Drybar outside of Los Angeles. Today, Williams operates seven successful Drybar locations in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, and is known for her dedication to team care and exceptional client service.

Over the years, many brands have approached Williams, pitching themselves as “the next Drybar.” However, it was Pure Glow that captured her interest. "I can go on for days about the model and what it solves for most pain points in the beauty service industry, but the clincher was Lauren," said Williams. "She has an amazing organic tanning formulation, elevated the spray tan industry by designing a beautiful experience, and recruited world-class franchise executives who are all aligned with the mission of Pure Glow. Mockingbird Station, a premier destination in Dallas known for its vibrant mix of shopping, dining, and entertainment, is the perfect location for the first Pure Glow studio in the area. This dynamic environment will provide an ideal backdrop for Pure Glow's luxurious and health-conscious sunless tanning experience.

Since announcing our franchise offering in November 2023, Pure Glow has brought on board seven new franchise partners who all have previous experience in the beauty industry. By the summer of 2025, Pure Glow will have locations open in Phoenix (AZ), Dallas (TX), Detroit (MI), Chestnut Hill (MA), Milwaukee (WI), Nashville (TN), and Sarasota (FL). Williams expects to open her first Pure Glow studio by the end of this year, contributing to the brand's rapid expansion.
